Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Talos E-commerce. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Talos E-commerce. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Talos E-commerce, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, we may be able to issue you a full refund for your item or purchase if the item purchased was not delivered or a partial refund if after our investigation we find out that our services did not meet up to the expectations you were told.
Refunds
The majority of this refunds terms is for end-chain customers who patronize our merchants using this platform to sell their business.
For merchants signing up to host in our platforms, we have simple policy that allows for cancellation 24 hours maximum before renewal to avoid being charged. If you got charged already we will be able to refund you based on how many days you have used our services after post-trial period based on the plans period.
if you have used for 1 week before cancelling service then you will get the refund of the unused 3 weeks of the 30 days in a month you paid for, same apply for the rest of our plan too. In cases where you have used 80% of validity period you would not be getting any refunds even if you cancel your service, this apply for all paid plans we offer.
We task ourselves at Talos to serving our customers with the best products through our merchants. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you love with our products and become a returning customer with satisfaction.
Sadly, there can be times where and when we may not have the product(s) and services that you chose available in stock or readily available to be delivered/fulfilled, or times where we may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms and verifies your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product and making sure our merchants keep to agreements. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit (for physical products). Please note that Talos E-commerce is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation for physical items.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
- We DO NOT always allow returns on sold products and services - Online or in retail outlets.
- We MAY NOT accept returned goods and CANNOT revoke already delivered services status for a refund if we confirm you got in full what you paid for, as we believe that all customers get the best quality products and services from us.
- Refunds MAY BE given for any purchases made but only if criterias are met and we are at fault - Be they online or in retail store.
- We DO NOT encourage the exchange of an already completed or paid order for another of our products and services, we may approve the exchange if we have not completed the sale cycle of your order.
- We DO NOT permit purchasing and reselling of our products as a merchant of our brand or name and this is because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers. So if you purchase from us and the service or product is of less expectation you may be eligible for refunds from us if we find out you got sub-quality due to a merchant engaged in reselling.
For International Orders:
- We MAY NOT support Exchanges or Returns, and if you meet the merits it may take longer time because we would work with more international entities to verify and process your compensation.
- If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed so long as we have not gotten a shipping number/ID with a processed Status for your purchase (if physical). Otherwise, we will support you to exchange the order while we still have your payment with us. Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
- Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded. To make any new complaints about it, because it already is in shipment process you will need to wait to receive it received and end that cycle before opening anything again on the purchase.
