- Customer: Refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Talos E-commerce Service (TalosPublishers or Talos) to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
- Device: Any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Talos E-commerce and use the services.
- Service: Refers to the service provided by Talos E-commerce as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
- Website: Site, which can be accessed via this URL: marketspace.taloscorporation.com or pcpublishers.taloscommerce.com or appointment.taloscorporation.com
- You: A person or entity that is registered with Talos E-commerce to use the Services.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Talos E-commerce. We appreciate the fact that you'd like to buy the from us or use what we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products or services.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Talos E-commerce. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. So one of the main things to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Talos E-commerce, you agree to the all/any Terms set forth in our platform along with all/any Policies too.
If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought from us, or if you are not happy with it, we may be able to issue you a full refund for your item or purchase if the what was purchased wasn't/hasn't been delivered, or a partial refund if after our investigations we find out that our services did not meet up to the expectations you were told.
Refunds
The majority of this refunds terms is for the end-chain final customers who patronize our merchants using this platform to sell their business.
The term "used/use" when used here refers to having the plan/subscription active and running (uncancelled), so unless canceled you are considered as using or having used the service(s) in that active plan duration/ period.
The term "us/we" when used here refers to Talos E-commerce (TalosPublishers or Talos) and/or it's merchants (businesses) registered and selling/operating through our platform.
For merchants/businesses signing up to host in our platforms, we grant you the open window that allows for cancellation of an active subscription 24 hours maximum before renewal to avoid being charged. If you got charged already we will be able to refund you based on how long you have used our services (having an active plan) based on the plans period.
If you have used the platform for at most 2 weeks before cancelation, then you will get the refund of the unused 2 weeks if it's a 30 days monthly plan you paid for, but the same does not apply for the 1 year duration of our plans. So in the case of a yearly plan, if you have used past 25% (3 months out of the 12 months past without you cancelling and explicitly making a refund request) of validity period you would not be getting any refunds even if you cancel your service. This applies for all the yearly plans that we offer.
For our final end-chain customers (if you are purchasing a service or product from any of our merchants), we task ourselves at Talos to serving you our customers with the best products and services through our merchants/ businesses. So every single product/service seller that you choose or purchase from is thoroughly inspected and checked for fraud, which prevents prevent bad actors from utilizing our medium to steal from you. We do this to ensure that you enjoy our service offers and become a returning customer with satisfaction.
In addition, we follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
- We DO NOT always allow returns on sold products and services - Online or in merchants retail outlets.
- We MAY NOT accept returned goods and CANNOT revoke an already delivered services for a refund if we confirm you got in full and good quality what you paid for, as we will strive to ensure that all customers will get the best quality products and services from us or/& our merchants.
- Refunds MAY BE given for any purchases made but only if criterias are met and we are or our merchants are at fault - Be they online or in retail store.
- We DO NOT encourage the exchange of an already completed or paid order for another of our products and services, we may approve the exchange if we have not completed the sale to delivery cycle of your order.
- We DO NOT permit purchasing and reselling in our platform or elsewhere of our merchants products and services, either as a merchant of our brand or as a customer. So if you purchase from us and the service or product is is of a less expectation/delivery, you may be eligible for refunds from us if we find out you got sub-quality due to a merchant engaged in reselling.
- Services and products that you purchase from our merchants will be provided to you within 24hrs up till 14 days generally, the maximum is 30 days after payment. That means if you do not get value for your purchase from immediately after payment to within 1 day to 30 days, you are eligible to a full or partial refund. Depending on your case and our review outcome, we recommend you cancel the appointment/booking schedule and file a complaint to our help email and the seller support email too using a CC or BCC.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy
